UTF-8 Latin text · up to 5 files
1 MiB each · 5 MiB combined
UTF-8 only · no binary documents

Supported variants

UTF-8 plain text only. PDF text export supports Latin/Windows-1252 characters; CSV export accepts Unicode text in bounded rectangular tables.

Choose UTF-8 text, not DOCX, XLSX or PDF. Unsupported encoding, binary control bytes and limit violations are rejected.

A clear view of every change

Add a UTF-8 document, choose settings and create a real download. Previews show summaries rather than rendered content.

    Output settings PDF output

Latin text and common Windows-1252 punctuation, up to 50,000 characters. Helvetica, 36-point margins, automatic line wrapping. Tabs become four spaces. Unsupported scripts and emoji are rejected.

    About this tool

Turn UTF-8 Latin text into a real paginated, selectable-text PDF.

    Supported input
    TXT
    Output format
    PDF
    Batch size
Up to 5 files; format and combined limits below still apply.

    How it works

    1. Add UTF-8 Latin text files in Input. Review each thumbnail and its validation status.
    2. Choose A4 or Letter and text size, then create the PDF.
    3. Create the selected files. Compare original and result, then download an individual file or ZIP. Changing settings marks older results out of date.

    Supported files and limits

Up to five UTF-8 files, 1 MiB each. Binary formats, invalid encoding and unsupported control characters are rejected. Text-to-PDF is limited to 50,000 characters and 100 output pages per input. CSV-to-XLSX accepts 500,000 characters, at most 1,000 rows, 100 columns and 10,000 cells, with 32,767 characters per cell. Every row must contain the same number of fields. Quoted delimiters and multiline fields are supported. Line endings normalize to LF.

One cancellable worker runs at a time, with a 30-second deadline and 20 MiB output cap. Document previews are summaries, not rendered pages or spreadsheets.

    A practical example

Create a paginated PDF from supported UTF-8 text such as a short set of instructions. Choose paper size and font size, then check every resulting page.

    Troubleshooting this tool

Unsupported characters, including glyphs absent from the available font, are rejected. This does not reproduce a Word layout; wrapping, page breaks and spacing follow this text renderer.

    Why are some characters rejected?

The current text-to-PDF font cannot represent every Unicode character. Unsupported text is rejected rather than silently replacing a missing glyph with an incorrect result.

    Check the actual export

Plain-text layout only: built-in Helvetica, 36-point margins, automatic wrapping and four-space tabs. Supports Latin text and common Windows-1252 punctuation; other scripts and emoji are rejected. No Markdown/HTML rendering or document-layout conversion. Open the download and check every page or cell, its order and content before relying on it. These tools are not a PDF sanitizer or a secure-redaction system.

    Files stay in your browser

No file bytes are uploaded. Ordinary work stays in memory. Choosing a “Continue” action saves that result in this browser for up to 30 minutes, so another compatible working tool can use the actual output. Saved workflows are limited to 50 MiB and 20 files; clear them in Output. Expired entries are removed on later tool visits. Clearing references is not a secure-erasure promise.

    If a file fails

Check its actual format and the restrictions above. Renaming a file does not convert it. A failed file does not erase successful batch results. If processing times out, cancel and try fewer or smaller files. A current browser with worker canvas support is required.

    Before you use the download

    • Open the PDF and read each page for wrapping, pagination and missing or unsupported characters.
    • Check the paper and font size before sharing; this text renderer does not reproduce a Word document layout.
