Keyboard, Display and Accessibility Help

Using the site with a keyboard

Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls. The Skip to content link moves focus past the main navigation. Use the labelled Browse files button to open the native file selector, and use the visible Create action to generate output.

Each workspace identifies Input, the active tool and Output. Output begins collapsed and can be expanded manually; it opens when a valid processing job starts. Use the labelled panel controls to expand or collapse panels without relying on the arrow shape alone.

Display and preview options

Light and dark themes follow the device by default. The theme button makes an explicit choice, and Use device theme restores automatic behaviour. Reduced-motion preferences disable decorative transitions where implemented.

Focus workspace expands the current workspace while preserving its state. Its separate Browser fullscreen control uses the browser’s fullscreen feature where supported; the browser can refuse it. Escape or Exit browser fullscreen leaves that mode, and Close focus view returns to the page. Image previews are scaled views, and some tools provide before-and-after comparison or original-pixel rectangle controls. PDF and document previews are labelled summaries rather than page renderings. Read status messages and inspect the actual download as well as the preview.

Report an accessibility barrier

A comprehensive accessibility audit and a full physical-device test matrix have not been completed. We do not claim a particular accessibility conformance certification.

If a control, label, contrast choice or layout prevents you from completing a task, email Pro Edit Tools Support. Include the page, browser, device and any assistive technology involved, and explain which step is blocked. Do not include a sensitive original file.
